East Coast Catalyst / UX & Creative Manager
2021 - present • Boston, MA (working remote in Dayton, Ohio)

In June 2021, I joined ECC as a Senior UX Designer. Responsible for guiding user experiences on select client sites, designing interfaces for websites and applications, supporting other designers, collaborating with our network of freelancers, and contributing to the design process at the agency. In my first year at ECC, I began documenting and evolving our approach to design.

Now, functioning as the UX & Creative Manager, I am responsible for leading UX strategy across all client projects. I oversee the Creative team and manage our network of freelance creatives. Responsible for setting standards and guiding the vision for our design team as we grow.

Since starting at LMG in 2012, my role has evolved from Associate Designer to Digital Designer and Senior Digital Experience Designer. Currently I am an Associate Art Director, focused specifically on the many digital projects that come through our doors.

In my time as Associate Art Director, I have lead UI/UX on an array of digital projects alongside multi-disciplinary teams, including custom websites, inbound marketing strategy, design system creation, and user-focused web optimizations.

I have also worked with designers, developers and account executives over the past year to create efficiencies in many processes across the company. Leading a small team, we implemented and continually manage an easy-to-use Email Design System of 900+ components.

From 2014-2018, I designed 16 websites, an interactive touchscreen presentation, contributed to multiple inbound marketing strategy plans, and began educating our entire team on email design best practices.
